The Journey

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and trained in international human rights law, I’ve spent my life chasing the question: What  maximize free expression possible in the modern world?

This isn’t an academic pursuit—it’s personal. Freedom isn’t just a legal principle or a political talking point; it’s the raw electricity of being alive. It’s the courage to say the unsayable, paint the unpaintable, and confront the shadows inside yourself.

This site is my notebook, my gallery, my open kitchen. Here, you’ll find paintings, photographs, and essays stitched together like scars and tattoos—fragments of a journey that isn’t finished. The search is for both external and internal freedom. And the road, like any worth traveling, is messy.

My Approach

I move between mediums—writing, photography, paint—because no single language can capture what the fight for freedom feels like. Sometimes it’s a sentence. Sometimes it’s a shadow caught in a lens. Sometimes it’s the weight of color spread across a canvas.

I don’t create to impress. I create to uncover. To wrestle with the tension between silence and voice, fear and courage, external limits and the ones we build inside ourselves.

This site isn’t a museum. It’s an ongoing experiment. My approach is to leave the edges raw, the mistakes visible, the questions open. Because freedom isn’t found in answers—it’s found in the fight.

Exploration

They’re field notes. Dispatches from the trenches.

I write about the tension between power and expression, about what it feels like to walk the knife’s edge between silence and voice. Sometimes it’s political. Sometimes it’s deeply personal. Always, it’s a search for truth that doesn’t flinch.

Aesthetic Campaigns

The canvas doesn’t lie. Paint carries weight that words can’t hold. Every brushstroke is a fight between chaos and clarity, rebellion and surrender. This isn’t art for decoration—it’s art as confession, as protest, as a flare shot into the night.
